# Reduced implementation brief

Accepted the fresh sanity check before writing implementation code.

- Keep the existing wallet, discovery, index, cache and tutorial. Do not rewrite them.
- Add one small wallet transaction sender: simulate/estimate, show the wallet request, wait for its receipt. The chosen wallet owns transaction submission and replacement. A single account/network reset cancels follow-on UI work.
- No localStorage operation ledger, nonce locks, synthetic recovery stage records or new browser index. An unfunded pair is recovered from existing chain discovery and has a Fund action.
- Use current Base deployment and explicit wstETH/USDC settings. Show notional and starting-asset amounts. Contract simulation handles reserve/factory rejection; use reads needed for amounts, allowances, oracle prices and debt headroom.
- Predict → build/register per-pair CoW appData with the collateral-sync hook → create → approve as needed → fund. Each transaction remains a distinct wallet step.
- Wire close/withdraw and manual collateral sync. Wire Aave delegation/borrow/repay with first-hedge headroom, and verified pair-to-pair prime/roll/activate using existing action dialogs.
- Derive next actions from fresh chain state after receipts. A late wallet response after an identity reset cannot continue a multi-step action.
- Add focused encoding, math and sender tests, plus actual Base fork lifecycle checks and browser flows. No test program for this document.
- After implementation, Fable and Zai review the concrete changes. Address concrete findings; do not create an expanding review apparatus.

The user was asked whether to keep existing trial parameter defaults. Work that does not depend on that preference proceeds in parallel; all immutable values are shown before any real wallet send.
